What are your support hours?

Our support team is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. We are here for your website edits and improvements 24/7.

Do you offer phone support?

Due to the nature of our services it just makes more sense to handle all our support through email and live chat. We have perfected our support systems to make our 24/7 available email and live chat extremely fast and effective.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express and PayPal.

What kind of response times can I expect?

We ensure your first response time is under 120 minutes to let you know that we have received your request and are working on it. The majority of single-request tickets are resolved within 24 hours.

Again, these times are for a single task, but several tasks sent at once will be broken up and handled as multiple tickets.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. We don’t use shady cell phone provider tactics here. We believe in earning your business month after month, and you can cancel your service with us at any time, risk free.

What if I don't need monthly support?

There is a pretty good chance that you probably need monthly support. If nothing else we’re an extra level of assurance to protect your website, but if all you really need is quick help for a single task, get in touch with us and we can work that out.

Do you offer web hosting?

No! We have focused our efforts on the management and maintenance of WordPress. We do recommend some WordPress focused hosting companies with whom we work closely and can directly integrate with your hosting accounts on those providers.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase of one of our plans. If you’re unsatisfied with your service for any reason during your first 30 days with us, we’ll give you back 100% of the money you gave us.

Do you really offer unlimited edits?

Unlimited edits do get us a lot of questions. But hand on heart, its true! With WPHood unlimited actually means unlimited. Our clients just pay for their monthly subscription and we provide the technical support. Simple.

How does your onboarding work?

As soon as you signup for our plans, you’ll receive a welcome email with information on your plan and details about how to securely send us your login credentials. Once we receive your login information we will have your plan fully setup in 24 hours.
